Fairly straightforward, any game set-up should work. Although it will be easier on lower difficulty settings.
Let another opponent build Petra. After you figure out which city it is in, capture that city with a landship.

Pop Culture ReferenceEdit
This achievement references the movie Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Petra is used because the sequence at the exterior of the temple in the wall of the canyon was shot at Petra[1] in Jordan. The landship requirement of the achievement references the tank[2] that the Germans use to cross the desert on the way to the Canyon of the Crescent Moon.
